By creating an account, signing in, or using Velm (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), including Section 14 (Acknowledgments), which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use Velm.
Velm has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. The following are strictly prohibited:
Violations result in immediate removal of the offending content and may permanently terminate the responsible account without notice or refund.

"Report" to flag content for review.… menu on another user's message and choose "Block user".
The block is app-wide and persistent across all groups.… menu on a message you sent and choose "Delete".
The message disappears from every other user's feed in real time.Reported content and reported users are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours. Objectionable content is removed and offending users are ejected from the platform. Repeated or severe violations result in permanent account termination.
Automatic enforcement is layered on top of human review: 3 independent reports on a single message automatically remove it, and 5 reports across a user's content automatically ban the account.
Every message and room title is scanned server-side for restricted keywords (e.g. pornography, drugs, gambling, weapons, fraud). Matches are rejected before delivery; the sender is shown a clear "Message blocked: contains restricted content" notice in-app.
To report abuse, request data, or ask questions, email support@velm.live. The same address is reachable inside the app at Profile → Report & feedback. We respond within one business day.
You retain all rights to content you post. You grant Velm a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, store, transmit, and back up your content as necessary to operate the Service. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account, except where retention is required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, for any violation of these Terms, of the Apple Standard EULA, or for any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, harms the Service or other users. Account deletion is available in-app at Profile → Account → Delete Account; hard deletion of associated data completes within 24 hours.
The Service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Service at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will trigger a renewed in-app consent prompt before continued use of the Service.

当你创建账号、登录或使用 Velm（"本服务"）时，即表示你同意接受本《使用条款》以及 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）， 特别是其第 14 条（致谢与零容忍声明）。如不同意，请勿使用 Velm。
Velm 对违规内容与滥用行为零容忍。以下行为严格禁止：

每条消息和房间标题都会在服务端扫描限制关键词（例如色情、毒品、赌博、枪支、诈骗）。命中会在送达前被拒绝， 发送方在 App 内会看到清晰的"消息已拦截：包含违规内容"提示。
如需举报滥用、申请数据或咨询问题，请发邮件至 support@velm.live。 应用内同样入口在"我的"→"举报与反馈"。我们承诺在一个工作日内回复。
你保留对所发布内容的全部版权。你授予 Velm 全球范围内、非独占、免版税的许可，用于为运营本服务所需的展示、存储、传输和备份。 当你删除内容或注销账号时本许可终止，但法律要求保留的情况除外。
对于违反本条款、违反 Apple 标准 EULA 或我们认定有损本服务或其他用户的任何行为，我们有权立即暂停或终止你的账号， 不予事先通知、不予退款。账号注销入口在 App 内"我的 → 账号 → 注销账号"；相关数据将在 24 小时内被彻底删除。
本服务以"现状"和"可用即可用"基础提供，不附带任何形式的明示或暗示担保。我们不承诺 100% 可用率， 并保留随时修改、暂停或终止本服务任何部分的权利。
在法律允许的最大范围内，Velm 不对因使用本服务产生的任何间接、偶发、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害承担责任。
我们可能不时更新本条款。重大变更将在 App 内触发新的同意流程后再继续使用本服务。
