By using Velm you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Questions: hello@velm.live.

Your promises

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You won't post illegal, harassing, sexual, or hateful content
  • You won't impersonate others
  • You won't share others' private info (phone, address, ID, etc.)
  • You won't use Velm for commercial ads or solicitation
  • You respect everyone in a room — including leaving without harassment

Temporary identity

  • Each room assigns you a random nickname and avatar
  • You cannot choose or change your temporary identity
  • Others cannot find your real info through the temp identity
  • Temp identity expires when the room ends

Reporting & dissolution

  • You can report any room. 3 valid reports dissolve the room immediately
  • Reports are reviewed manually
  • We may ban accounts for violations
  • We cooperate with law enforcement for illegal content

Card exchange

  • Card exchange requires mutual consent
  • Either side declining voids it — cannot resend
  • Auto-voids after 36 hours of no response
  • You can revoke a card any time; the other side syncs

Our responsibilities

  • We try our best to keep the service running
  • We reply to email within 30 days
  • We don't endorse user-generated content
  • We're not responsible for real-life relationships after card exchange

Disclaimer

  • Service may be interrupted by force majeure
  • We try hard to recover from data loss but can't guarantee it
  • Real-life interactions with other users are your responsibility

Changes & termination

  • We may update these terms; major changes show in-app
  • Continued use = agreement to the new version
  • You can stop using and delete your account any time
  • We reserve the right to permanently ban violating accounts
